Return & Exchange Policy 
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not 100% satisfied, we've got you covered.

Eligibility
– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
– Sale items and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return/Exchange
– Email us at activxae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
– Our team will guide you through the simple return process.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
– Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges
– Want a different size or color? Let us know in your email, and we'll arrange a smooth exchange based on availability.
